Why is my deposit not credited yet?

If your deposit is not showing as credited, check the following:

1. **Verify the transaction hash (TxHash)** on the blockchain explorer:
- For BEP20: Search your TxHash on [BSCScan](https://bscscan.com).
- Confirm the transaction has been broadcast and is receiving confirmations.

2. **Check the network:**
- Ensure you sent USDT on the **BEP20** network. Sending on other networks (e.g., ERC20, TRC20) will not be detected.

3. **Check the minimum deposit amount:**
- The platform has a minimum deposit threshold (shown on the Wallet page). Deposits below this amount may not be credited.

4. **Check confirmations:**
- The deposit history table shows confirmation progress. Wait until the required confirmations are reached.

5. **Allow sufficient time:**
- Network congestion can delay confirmations. Wait at least 30 minutes before contacting support.

If all checks above are correct and the deposit still hasn't been credited after 1 hour, contact support with your TxHash.
