Quant Alpha provides software and information that helps users discover, monitor, and follow trading strategies. It does not become the counterparty to your trades and does not hold custody of your exchange funds.

- Review exchange API permissions before connecting an account.
- Use only capital you can afford to risk.
- Verify fees, drawdown history, and strategy logic before following any strategy.
4. Fees and third-party services
Any fee logic shown in the product is disclosed in-product before you confirm the action. Third-party exchanges, wallets, or data services may have their own fees, outages, or restrictions.
5. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or restrict access if we detect abuse, security risk, policy violations, or a legal requirement to do so.
6. Warranties and limitations
The platform is provided on an as-is basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not promise uninterrupted service or specific trading performance.
