Wallet, Deposits & Withdrawals

**Step 1 — Go to the Withdraw page**

- Click **Withdraw** under the USDT balance section.
- Alternatively, go to **Wallet → Withdraw** from the user menu.

**Step 2 — Select the network**
- Choose the withdrawal network from the **Chain Type** dropdown (currently **BEP** is supported).
- Ensure the receiving wallet address supports the selected network.

**Step 3 — Enter your wallet address**
- Enter the destination wallet address in the **Wallet Address** field.
- Double-check the address. Transactions on the blockchain are irreversible — sending to the wrong address will result in lost funds.

**Step 4 — Enter the withdrawal amount**
- Enter the amount of USDT you want to withdraw.
- The form displays live withdrawal limits and fees:
- **Minimum withdrawal amount** — the smallest amount you can withdraw
- **Maximum withdrawal amount** — the largest amount you can withdraw
- **Transaction fee** — a fixed fee deducted from your withdrawal amount
- **Net amount** — the actual amount you will receive (calculated automatically)
- **Example:** If you withdraw 100 USDT and the fee is 0.5 USDT, you will receive 99.5 USDT.
- These values are dynamic and may be adjusted by the platform. Always rely on the live values shown on the page.
- You can click **Max** to auto-fill your maximum available withdrawable amount.

**Step 5 — Submit and verify**
- Click **Withdraw**. A verification dialog will appear.
- Enter the **TAC** (6-digit code sent to your email).
- If TOTP (Google Authenticator) is enabled on your account, enter the TOTP code as well.
- Click **Confirm Withdraw**.

**Step 6 — Track your withdrawal**
- Your withdrawal will appear in the **Withdrawal History** table below the form.
- Status flow: **Pending** → **Approved** → **Processing** → **Completed**.
- Once completed, you can click the TxHash to view the transaction on BSCScan.
