Account & Security

TAC (Transaction Authentication Code) is a 6-digit verification code sent to your registered email address. It is required for sensitive actions to protect your account, including:
- **Login verification** — when signing in from a new device or when extra security is triggered.
- **Password reset** — to confirm you authorized the reset request.
- **Withdrawal confirmation** — to verify you initiated the withdrawal.

TAC codes expire in 5 minutes. Each code can only be used once. If you did not request a TAC, change your password immediately and contact support.
